There is only one thing that continues to frustrate me with Zoho CRM.  It is the fact that we cannot currently filter out leads by the Note Modified Time.  This is available in the report section...but NOT in the view.  This should be available in the view as this is where we make calls from.  E.g. I need a list of leads that have NOT been called in the past 90 days.  This should be available but it is NOT.

I lke the ability to have some sort of po-up summary like this. But Not everyone may want the info at the top of the record.

I think a nce addition to the page layout feature would be to allow users to completely arrange the page items. For example, they may want a Contact summary with address and phone number on top, then this activity summary, then below that a series of custom fields, followed by "quotes" and "Notes" and then more custom fields.

When will Outlook 2010 Plug-in will be available?
