For what it is worth, I hope that this is implemented as a Pop-up instead of as a screen change.

One general aggravation I have with ZCRM is that there is too much time spent navigating between screens. And there are annoying UI issues, such as clicking on a task in a Potential to view it or edit it. But if you click "Cancel" ZCRM takes you to the Activities Tab instead of back to the specific potential record where you were working.
